Deutsche Bank’s Remodeled Headquarters Website

New Deutsche Bank Headquarters

Deutsche Bank is in the process of transforming their headquarters in Frankfurt into Green Towers. The renovated buildings are estimated to reduce their energy usage by 55% while lowering their carbon dioxide emissions and water usage. The goal is to achieve Platinum Leed certification. I applaud Deutsche Bank’s effort to diminish their impact on the environment, but what I also admire is their green towers website. It is flash based and interactive. With a 3d representation of the towers, 360 degree views of the interiors, and animated diagrams explaining the improvements, it is quite the visual presentation. Throw in some CAD drawings and this would be great in a college final review. The only drawback for me though is the loading time. I wish the process was more streamlined, so I spent less time waiting for each part to start or restart.
